Hey Dave,
Damn those kids. A sure winner! Perfect exposure and like the other guy said, keeping the subject still for that time was lucky but highlighting the motion in the water jet. I like the light reflected in the water running down the hill.

Hi Dave, Very interesting shot, the colours and the dynamism, usually associated with firetrucks are definately there. The glow of light and the man in front create the exact right atmosphere of "misfortune". The only thing that bothers me is the excessive place on the right. If the cause for their presence has been visible, there, the entire story would've been told. I like that it isn't, though, but since it isn't, I hink a closer crop would increase that tension... It would probably balance the composition a bit more too...
Still a very good shot, well captured!
