lol.. I cracked up when I read "the golden mask" Barbara! lol .. yeah it's kinda uncomfortable especially in the heat.. thank God our generation don't have to wear this "golden mask" or burqu'... mostly all girls just cover their hair but some cover their face using a peice of cloth (like Saudi women).. but that's personal choice..
The burqu is made by a special, kinda hard, peice of cloth that is supported with a stick in the middle (some use ice cream sticks! lol) .. it's usually golden/ brownish when it's new, which is wore for special occasions or family visits.. a kinda darker, bit older ones are worn for normal outings to not attract much attention..
this is a sweet looking monkey! :) i just looooove animals :)
