Thanks for the comments. How I did it? Two shots of the tree, both overexposed, one in focus, one out of focus. When I put them together I thought it was still too light, so I added another slide - a picture of the wood grain on a door. That added the texture and the warm color. Also, it was NOT sunny, what was I thinking? It was cloudy and drizzly.
