Great timing but I dunno I don't find it overly exciting Sarah but thats just me. Its super clear though and Mark was right about your timing. I just hope you had a whale of a time.

I think the photo is good, because you captued it a moment where the water is draining from the whales mouth, the water has a nice color near the whale and the clarity and lighting are good. It's hard to be ready and set up for these shots especialy when you are probably moving up and down yourself. So yeah. It's good. It was a good catch. I've been trying photograph a mountian Lion for 10 years now and have a big zero.
