I shot this on assignment for a local weekly magazine. It was one of 4 that they published! My first time published and with a by line!! The job didn't pay much but it was a real charge to see my pictures in print with my name under them.
This shot was real tricky because the compact digital I use is not the best with action shots, I have to really work at my timing with shots like this and annticpate the action and the lag time of my shutter etc. It was a bit of work but it was fun and I got some pretty good results I think.
