Thanks for the comment! Yes, it is very hard to get a good picture with the availiable lighting. However, despite the blur and everything, I think it adds a effect....lol, I dont know what kind, but it looks neat. But most likely it would have looked a lot better if not blurry. Unfortunately, this is an excellent example of what results with camera shake. In this image you have captured several small points of light and on each one there is small curves of light. These are the result of moving the camera during exposure. I suspect your exposure is about 1/15th or slower (depending on focal length used). I think you were panning with your subject moving (that would also result in the lights showing motion, if that is the case you misjudged the subject speed which resulted in her being blurry. That is why your subject is fuzzy and not sharp.
Panning to get sharp subject takes great practice to get it right. This is not an easy image to shoot with available light.
