Kaan, I think the composition is about right, but the circular wrought iron needs to be cropped out. I know it kinda mirrors the barbed wire, but the barbed wire is such a minor element that it doesn't really attract the eye.
I'm gonna be blunt, but I believe this site is about giving opinions and advice to help other people make better pictures (and I say that humbly).
First of all, what's the subject: the gate, the windows, the barbed wires, the architecture...? Of course, your title gives us a clue, but one should be able to understand/share/feel about a photo without a title to help him.
Secondly: the light is too hard (take such pictures in early morning or early evening to get a nice and soft light).
Third: the shades do not help getting any harmony in this picture.
Fourth: the wide angle lens of your camera curves the walls (not nice at all).
Others might give you some extra advice. My feeling when I see this photo is: "so what ?"
Sorry again for being blunt, but I'm trying to be constructive still. Don't get discouraged, and try some more pictures. By the way, often a human element helps such pictures increase their interest.
