The man in the forground in my oppinon is distracting your picture is the man looking out .... he is so very intresting could you try a crop? anyway great capture!

Very nice, particularly considering the difficult lighting conditions. If a similar situation arises in the future, you might want to try bracketing just in case a lower exposure allows you to keep the details in the lighter areas of the photo. And the sepia tone works well here. Good work IMO.
