Hi Arjan,
I think this is a lovely shot and catches the classic "style" of Boules. I think it might have been nice to catch the boule just before it left the subject's hand, making it more immediately obvious (without the title) what's going on. However, this is a little picky especially since the boules being held by the figure in the background also make the subject fairly clear.
The toning really works beautifully as well.
