It is interesting for the sense for a target point that the many leading lines generate, and also for the somewhat "damaged" character that the trails add to the image. They wirk both as hints for direction, but in a way provide also an "aged" look that fits the atmosphere well. The blue of sky is also very very strong, real! It makes the trails almost shining.
About composition now, it looks rather "half". I think that a vertical design (if possible) and at the same time keeping the trials and placeing the pole somewhere less centered could enhance the composition and add much tension and interest.
Another thing is that jigsaw effect on the wire. It is too visible as a pixelation effect, but in this case it could be also easily removed wihtout affecting the image somuch, and so it is still in the area of "OK".
