This was taken at Ocean View area of Norfolk, VA. Like Sunset in Ocean View 1, I had to stand between two trash dumptsers at a seafood restaurant (you can imagine the smell of trashed seafood..ewww) as well as 'swivel' my Coolpix 4500 to allow me to shoot over my head to avoid a chain fence, to get these photos!
