There was no practical way for me to get out of the car this day. Short of jumping ship on my job. :) :)
I think the truck is more clear as a fluke combination of the car movement, the stabilizer on the lens and the movement of the humans during the time the exposure was made.

You know, it's kind of unsettling that the firetruck is so clear but the rest seems less focused....certainly a NY feel though!
