About	This 10s exposure is of the CRUX (The Southern Cross) constellation. This is my first attempt at night sky photography. I took the shot with both "Long Exposure Noise Reduction" & "Mirror Lockup" activated on the Canon EOS 400D.

Thank you for you kind comments Graciela! I am enjoying capturing some of our glorious southern constellations. Not to mention that the Canon 400D makes it too easy :-)

I know this constellation! Of course I also live in the Southern Hemisphere.
Great capture. I have to try this kind of photographs when I get my tripod (hopefully this weekend).
