I've had one canon and I think know the s2. I love their colours but often feel detail in the greenery is lacking.

To be honest, I was disappointed with some of the results with the S3 and think that my S2 could have captured it better. However, until I compare both side by side on equivalent shots I wont know for sure.

Achieving great detail with the s3. I don't think the s2 could have done this.
