Hi, Paul. While I appreciate everybody's comments and interest, I find yours particularly enthusiastic. Probably a Texas trait. Something I have had first-hand knowledge of having spent time in San Antonio and El Paso for almost a year, courtesy of the US Air Force.
I'm sure people in Texas will be firing up those cookers and smokers that have been passed down through generations, because we know that when it comes to BBQ Texas has brought it to an art form - not to forget chili, of course.
In fact, you probably actually haven't lived until you've been to a real Texas BBQ.
Once again, thank you for your comments, always appreciated. Enjoy the 4th.
Bill
PS My wife/editor, and I have been discussing a possible cross-country trip for a potential documentary. We have been thinking of Austin for the music scene, but that BBQ thing is starting to sound good. Let's see - music and BBQ...I guess that has potential.

Very nice PS work! This looks like it could be on the cover of the Rolling Stone. I really like the effect. Very creative.
Best wishes .... Mike
