this would not necessarily be better in colour, in fact it annoys me when others ask how's the colour version, but it would be better with a little more contrast, see attached, hope you don't mind a little tweak in the interests of example

This is a nice shot. You're son is relaxed and has great expression.

The eyes have a little catch light and look good. How's this look in color?
