The lens flare made this scene tough...shooting directly into the sun can be hard. Waiting until the sun had just gone down under the horizon, and increasing exposure time could have helped eliminate that, but it would have changed the scene. I think the foreground is a little distracting as well. Minimizing elements can often help, creating a simple image is sometimes the best.
