Not a good work!!
the connection between the scatter cloud with the big clouds in the lower part isn't appear, because the composition can't show any communicate between these subjects.
the composition is some busy and the angle is hard to find good composition and harmony from the low angle view.
there are also some light distraction rays in the middle.
as we have seen many good photographs by you, so i ignore this one in your portfolio!
