I used ISO 100 but I haven`t got a Cannon EOS or a Nikon :P

You have a lot of noise in this shot. Maybe you used an ISO that was too high. Next time, try using a lower ISO setting when taking a night shot so that you will not get so much noise. Now for the praise, love how the car lights reveal the roads winding through the mountain sides. You seem to have chosen a really nice view. Great work.
