About This old man is the watchman for an office of the People committee of a small village in HaTay province, near by Hanoi capital (Vietnam). The Committee only use this "office" once a month so the watchman has not much work to do. He gets only $30 per month for wages and can live there at the house which was repaired and reformed from a temple
