My first thought even as I looked on the thumbnail was that she's too close to the edge of the photo; I'd like to see more room in front of her face.

As for the lighting, I would really prefer if she had a single catchlight in each eye, rather than three her left eye and none in her right eye (or maybe there is one but it's hidden behind the strand of hair).

Is there any particular reason why you chose Delta 400? I generally have nothing against grain (in 35mm I shoot ISO 400 films almost exclusively), but in a portrait shot like this I'd expect smoothness of the skin to be one of the objectives (Acros 100 from Fuji would be great for this).
