This is the only version I did of this building - I'd like to go back again and try some more. The soft effect comes from sandwiching 2 slides - one in focus, one out of focus, and both overexposed. Thanks for your comments.

hmm..the colour and tone are really nice...is the soft effect due to a filter?
i am undecided on the tree debate..i wonder if you did a version with more of the tree in the frame?

Really like the color and tone of your image. I don't find the tree bothersome at all, adds something to the image.

nice colors, great composition, the tree kinda throws things off a bit .. maybe more tree or get out the chain saw :)
