Not just the reflections, but also how intricate and fine the image is. Just lovely. Reminds me also of the Feather River around Yuba and Chico.

This one had more exposure that the other one. thats for sure, It has alook like is later in the day. Also there is more of the pond and the piece of wood on the water make for a nice touch. We could only wish for a frog to get on it. ha ha ha

I just love this picture too. The water efect is very, very good. You say it is under exposed, but once you have been a forest like this you know that there are places that it will look just like this. Is fantastic.

Hi Anne,
Very good macro on this flower. The details are there, it has good colors, nice definition, sharpness. I'd say is not bad for a frist try at macros.

Incredible blue sky! WOW! I am intrigued by the crown on the flower - too beautiful!
A reflector would help to light up the bottom of the flower. Mark Baltran wrote that he uses the car windscreen reflectors - the gold mylar ones. Maybe you could get that and see if it works for you?
