his one stood out from the thumbnails easily. Salvatore, this is a fine shot with excellent perspective and quite a degree of impact. The tones are wonderful and really set the mood. Excellent work.

Ferruh, thank you for your criticism. I must have cropped and recropped 10 times. The reason that I chopped the top was to show the beautiful architectural more clearly ..... to have cropped the bottom more would have looked even less complete than the top missing. I had to make an artistic compromise on this one thank you sop much for your comment. Sal

This is an interesting photo of one of my favorite buildings. Native to New York, I know some of its history. It was our first "Skyscraper". Immediatly after construction, people would gather on dark, windy, rainy days to see it would be blown over. Also, it's the center piece of one of Alfred Stieglitz'z mast famous images. I hope you enjoyed a good welcome in my home town.
