Creative and effective. I like the DOF as well as the curve of all the clips - suggestive of a road or train tracks. Great idea!
Don't know if it's just my screen or not - but there seems to be a tad bit of bright yellow in to top right corner sticking out into the black frame - very minor thing. Definitively doesn't detract from the image (just thought I'd let you know).

Good concept, very simple. Although the subjects here, the paper clips and not organic forms but rather manufactured things, the photo seems to have very warm atmosphere and a touch of human nature, maybe due to the yellow background and one rebelious element, the green clip. This would be a great "concept shot" in the language of old stock photography.
