light really under control here. excellent pose and framing. this is one you have to really look at to see the beauty of the model and the image. the dark clothing and subdued lighting create an invitation to study.

This is fantastic! I love how there is just enough light to define her shape. The hair, the lighting, the clothes, and the pose all combine to give the impression of a series of waves that cascade down from a point at the top. While you used very little backlight, there is just enough to separate her from the background. The lack of light on her face was also done for good effect. The viewer must search for her white eyes and is drawn deep into her fierce expression which appears in the midst of this otherwise very subtle picture.
