I agree the border does take away from the "sunny" atmosphere.
These boys are quite handsome young men.
I have three brothers..no sisters..but anyway this photo takes me back to my younger years when my brothers were as happy and sweet and full of life as the young fellows here look to be.
Yeah, Danny you're right. At first I didn't appreciate how the brightness falls off to the (camera right) side. When I saw it for the first time with a border, that thought occurred to me as well. I think the border emphasizes that weakness, but in any case it will be easy to crop. Thanks for noticing.
Hi Dave, you got all three boys to stand still at one time, how did you do that? Nice photo, nice depth of field. The only thing I might try is to crop it tighter on the right side to get rid of some of the black. Just my thought. Good job!
