Nice expsure and you chose a very good sky, Irfan.
One suggestion would be to darken the driveway, so it doesn't draw the eye away from the central subject.

Also...when choosing clouds, be sure to check the angle of light; it seems the clouds are lit from the opposite direction that the capitol is.
