Emotionally a great ahot. The burst of Youth, although posed it still looks very spontaneous. Technically it is not so good. The exposure is off by a stop and the the girls' eyes look like those hyena's eyes on night shots from Africa. The flash too close to the camera. I have no idea if You were shooting Point and Shoot or an SLR, but if there is an option move the flash away from the lens for about 2cm for every 5m distance between You and Your subject.
