no brenda i want ur opinion. this shot also was taken inside a dark room . this was taken just to see how would it look like when its taken in the night in this angle n using flash .will try out the way u told me. thanks a lot

I would have shot from a higher angle and presented this shot horizontally rather then vertical, natural lighting is always best. Camera in macro mode, fill the screen with the flower. Crop afterwards for a different look if you want to.
Here is a link to a flower my friend Michelle did, study how she shot this flower, I am thinking she may have done an in camera crop or maybe cropped it in PS. This image should give you an idea or two! :)
