About Taken at Eastbourne Airshow last weekend. 80-200mm + Kenko 2x.
This shot was soft to the point of unusable. Just acquired a new bit of software that took it to this point. I know it's still not great but I thought it was worth a try just for the composition.

Oh my word this is just incredible and also having the remainder of the group within the image. That is a shot of a lifetime Bruce !

Best wishes,
Steve

btw the others in the background were really there. Not added in PS. I cropped some dead space to the right, played with levels, saturation, and brought the focus up.... other than that it's straight out of the camera! :)

Autofocus I'm afraid. I do a bit of sports photography so I'm used to tracking at speed. I just stuffed it up a bit with this shot. Thanks for your kind comments.

Ciao Bruce, i agree with you, it's nice you put in your shot the other Reds in background ;-)
Did you work in manual mode or in autofocus? With these kind of subject, many times it's better to go manual, for the autofocus they are a hard work!

I agree... It is a wonderful composition and the softness does not interfere...:) Andree
