About I almost missed this shot while walking near Strand on The Green, Nr Kew. It just drew me back. (do you ever get that feeling, where if you don't go back, you'll regret it later that you didn't? Or is it just me?) I gave it a Colouring book effect with my Kodak Software. Almost like a childrens story book.

Thx for the comments Dave.
Tell me something, are we losing our Butterflies, or are they all with YOU? When I was a kid back in Cornwall in the late 70's we had a lilac tree in out back garden, and it was mobbed by Red Admirals (like your shot by the way lol). Now, ok, I've moved to London, but haven't seens a Red Admiral for YONKS! Do you know why?

Ian.

Ps. Where are you from?

I know the feeling, and it was good of you not to ignore it this time. It turned out very nice. I especially like the shadows in the bottom left corner, and the color play in the glass door. However, I'm not sure I like the colouring book effect, I think the photo would do better on its own.

Very colourful entrance, Ian! Yes I get that feeling a lot, sometimes I go back, and sometimes not!
Dave.
