Nstled in between the Old Court House and the river is this wonderful Splash Pad. Only two of the five or six fountains are working at this tme of the day it being late evening. it is a great place for people to go on the hot muggy days of summer to get et and cool off. It s predominatly for ds but when the weather feels like 40 degrees with the humidity and you can cut the air with a knife I for one can become a child in a second;) The wall sems to have ben built from matrial taken from the large barrier that usd to surround the city prison of an earler period in our history.
