I don't have a lot of experience w/ portrait or fashion photography so I am commenting more as a 'viewer' than a photographer. I like the photo - it immediately caught my attention, it has nice soft colors to it - I kind of like the shadows and that it's a little on the dark side but maybe the necklace could stand out a bit more - or maybe her neckline? I like that you left a bit of her face in the photo b/c it adds feeling & emotion to a photo that otherwise could have been just a photo of a necklace. I think you did a great job!

I like the pose and the composition. The necklace is enhanced for sure.

I'm not sure about the lighting and shadows. It gives a slightly eerie feel to the image.

Difficult to say anything else without knowing what kind of mood and message you are trying to convey.
