excellent image.. love the overall mood... the fog/mist really adds to the composition....even the blown out area at the top adds to the mood...the addition of the person adds a nice perspective... nicely captured... good work

Hugos point is useful. Jeff every element is good With thew crop we lose the grass which is nice and it is slightly less intimate but he is better diminished by the source of the light.
Your choice of course, in reality I myself wander round aimlessly all the time. If that was your goal this suits me too.

Hi Jeff, Magical light and a stunning picture. As to the balance of this shot, I think cropping off a small strip of the lower part of the image (just above the almost horizontal twigs sticking out of the grass) could probably make the image a bit more consise. A very small change, but as the image is fairly tightly composed on the left and the right, I have a feeling there's a bit too much space below the man. A personal thing, and as it's such a minor change, I had to see for myself. Per attached the crop I have in mind. What do you think?
