the rocks were not added. In fact, I could'nt go inside to arrange anything. instead I shot through another window. Oh, and yes, in answer to your question, it is wire, not panes of glass. At Bodie, a "ghost town" is in arrested decay. thank you for your comments Fern
Fern, Very effective use of space. I like the simplicity and the geometry you chose to capture. The lines formed by the planks, offset by the square shadows from the window panes (or is it some sort of screen?) is very cool. However, the rocks or debris in the shot look a little staged. That may not be the case, but it somehow has that appearance to me, and they don't add that much to the image in my opinion. I'm glad you chose to focus on "the smaller things", as you indicated.
