I'm not very good with PS - I tried to get rid of the colour cast, and the concrete - but failed miserably - so converted it to B&W and cropped it a little!

I like the way the steps lead you into the picture, and I love the frozen wave and silhouetted buildings.
The bottom left hand lump of concrete is a little distracting, and there is a definate purple stipe down the centre of the photo (on my monitor at least!), but this does not spoil my enjoyment of your photo - very nice!
