Really strong shot, especially the tonal range from white to black.

Crystal clear approach.

Few suggestions -

Study the rule of thirds, you may want to position the waterfall with the surrounding landscape in a more off-center approach.

If you have a tripod, with waterfalls you might want to approach adding a 2X darkening filter (MF) and crank that F-stop way up (the "A" setting on the D-70) to get at least a 1 or 2 second exposure for "veiling".
