About I'll be writing fewer & shorter comments in the next few weeks. That little flap is not supposed to be there. Anyway, this is what they call a SLAP tear of the rotater cuff (Google it) and it is being repaired tomorrow. I'll do my best, but I'm sure it will be slow going for a while. I dotty I look fot SLAP tear of the rotater cuff and I have the same problem in my right knee, but the DRs. say that they dont want to operate me because Im to heavy. 130 kg. and the post quirurgic with this weight is worse that the problem :( some times I have a lot of pain.
PS: ask to your doctor what lens use it to take the pic inside your body, I want to buy one , Hahahaha!!!

The focus is a little soft and you could have brought up the contrast by adjusting the levels.
