hmm nice pic, bas,,, okay i think if u took it from lower angle , u will see only the light going through the window, the 2nd thing u didn't focus right, i don't know what kind of camera did u use, but u could chose to focus to the subject behind the window or the window it self, if u used mobile camera or things like that to take that pic, so i will give u 7 :P, and that doesn't mean it is a bad pic for sure, it is good :)
