About Champ de Mars Subway station, Montréal, Québec, Canada, January 2005.

A 35mm film replaced a 126 cartridge in the camera. This experimentation did prove one thing: this camera isn't light tight. I was lucky to get leaks that echoes the colors of the glass works.

He was not the only one late for work, I was too.

The negative was scanned with an Epson Perfection 3170 Photo scanner.

Thanks for your comments. Regards, Claude

Marvelous image, Claude...intriguing subject matter, with superb saturated hues; beautifully captured and presented. Really nice!

I even like the light leaks, Claude! Well next time if you don't need the light leaks, some gaffer tape would help. I wouldn't because it looks good to me. Remember "Nude descending the staircase?" This reminds me of that, but this is like man in suit descending the stairs. And there're these ghostly swirls over on the right side that are creeping me out.

Oh wow! That's the kinda work which really strikes me. To leave the classic path of photography (even the classic path of toy photography) and dive into a new dimension where you just follow your instincts, armed with a toolbox of equipment and techniques, to bring out something new and fresh, is the main thing.
One of the most impressive images I saw in quite some time.
This gets the PPD (personal photo of the day).

Thanks Brian. Men with hats seems to have it all. I think I'll start to wear one. Regards, Claude
