Thank you Tom for the comment. Well, i wish i could remember how i made this....i did it a while ago. I went back and tried to recreated it and the closest i came to this result was using the glowing edges filter.

What a dramatic photo -- it moves me on many levels. As I saw it loading it looked like it was made of stars, and this effect holds up even when the image is complete. The title has a double meaning for me in that regard -- we are insignificant under the stars, and yet we are made of stars. It also makes me very curious about how you acheived this effect -- I'd love to know. And lastly, I can't understand the other lukewarm comments. This photo knocks my socks off!
