About	I was a guest in the Aleppo home of Julian Jalal Eddine Weiss, a virtuoso player of the qanun (Arab zither) and snapped this courtyard niche at dusk. It was a long exposure, but I used a stair railing for a tripod and got lucky.

This is such a wonderful still life. Your timing for the shot couldn't have been better--you really captured the difference between natural (dusk) light and man-made (electrical) light beautifully. Super image.
