As I read your bio and looked at your portfolio, I had to ask myself how you cou8ld think you are just an amature photographer. Your images draw one in and move them to connect with your subjects in an emotional fashion.
I believe you may just have what it takes to work alongside Mr McCurry one day.
Keep shooting and drop N.G. a line from time to time to remind them who you are.
