Agreed, it is definately a shot worth posting, as there's so much potential in it. thanks for the reply... I did just that, taking my Nikon on my skiing trip, but it is a hassle haveing to carry it around everywhere, being careful not to fall....:) But it resulted in some nice winter scenes...:)
Cheers,
Hugo

Hugo, absolutely not. You are right. It is an affect of using very simple camera (Ixus V2). I did not expect so many excellent places during my ski holydays. Next time I will bring my Nikon with lens hood and filters with me. At the end of the day I decided to share the photograph because of specific perspective here and impressive lighting. Thanks for your remarks, best regards, Witold

Hi Witold, In essence a great backlit photo; the long shadows over the slanting hills work well, but I find the aberations on the left a bit distracting. Just curious, what happened? A pitty, as it kinda ruins a very original and well taken shot.
Cheers,
Hugo

Striking choice of shooting angle the lines of the shadows pull the eye up into the picture. A good eye for creative shots...Thanks.
