No problem... keep your photo in HIGH RESOLUTION maybe 300 ppi . The go to File SAVE FOR THE WEB and under image quality make sure it's a jpg and max resolution.... Under image size take THE HIGHEST number and change it to 800 or 700. The file size will stay below 300 kb. Then save it and upload it godd luck. If you need me to walk you through it, email me at photos@vkarate.com. Once you do it a few times it will be easy. I wrote an action for it.

One more questions for you since you are using photoshop, if you have time of course, I am new here and can't get a picture to come through clear to upload at this site. They are very pixelated. What do you do to prepare your photos to upload to this site? Thanks for any help. Angela

Angela, Thank you... I designed a template in Photoshop. I got the idea from Scott Kelby at the photoshop world conference in Vegas. He has many books out on photoshop. If you are using photoshop or photoshop elements, I can send you the template I made. This is a really cool way to use photos that you may think are not good.
