Ferdinand,
I was going for only the tip of the center being in focus, and the flower kind of fuzzy. Is that what you mean by not quite in focus?

Very striking colour, Cheri. It is not quite in focus, but in some ways that givews it a slightly mysterious air, which is interesting.
