Hi Larry........I'm not sure how to approach this with any conviction and constuctive cri. The lighting is somewhat bizarre and most likely flash, judging by the fall off. The subject is extremely difficult to pick out from the checker floor.....may be this was your intention. I also feel that the perspective is all wrong and may be better by changing your viewpoint. Not an easy image to critique, but thanks for posting.
