thanks, i appreciate the comments. after studying photography i began seeing things around me in a different sense, a new perspective. often as black and white, just values and tones, other times as angles and colors. its nice when you realize the world around us is full of beauty, often with simple forms and light.

Hi Curtis, very good abstract work, like the effect of DOF, design is very nice also maybe central division between two parts might be changed.. regards Baki

Thanks for the comment. When I printed this I actually used a cropped version, but I tried posting this to see what people thought. I'll post the print-version also. Thanks again.

Calin, thanks for the comment. I posted this uncropped version, but when I made the prints I cropped off a lot of the right. After posting this version I too feel the right is too much, and when cropped the curve of the left pulls forward more. I'll try to post a cropped version soon. Thanks again.

the DOF is well chosen for me, but IMHO the proportion between blurr and sharp could be a bit more to the sharp part...
beside of that it is a fantastic shot...
Cheers, Verena

I like the colors here, the contrast is nice. I am not sure about the division of image in two equal parts; seems a little bit too much oof for me. I would love to see the texture on the right side of it.
regards, calin
