Nice to see you posting again, Michael, and nicer to have the time to comment. It's macros like this beautiful image that encouraged me to buy an SLR and a set of bellows (I already had a macro lens from an enlarger). Hope I can produce something as good as this... The bellows should be here from E-bay any day now!

quite interesting; all part of the flower on the left should be in focus though so using a higher f/number it should results in a better shot

California is definately recognized for the storm that just passed. That's a wonderful looking aloe. Great colors and DoF in the photo.
